The project stems from the need to completely renovate the hotel structure, improving the usability of the spaces, accessibility, and overall comfort. The goal is to give the hotel a new image that is consistent with the surrounding landscape and the expectations of contemporary tourism, through a functional and architectural reinterpretation of the interior and exterior spaces, accompanied by a general improvement in the efficiency of the systems.
The project involves a general renovation of the hotel, with both internal and external works aimed at modernizing and functionally upgrading the structure. Among the main actions:
• Reorganization of the interior spaces, with remodeling of the rooms and creation of new accommodation units.
• Relocation of the restaurant to an accessible panoramic terrace and installation of a bioclimatic pergola.
• Improvement of accessibility through new external elevators and adjustments to escape routes.
• Redevelopment of the sea-side and mountain-side facades, using natural materials in harmony with the surroundings.
• Refurbishment and upgrading of air conditioning systems.
• Renovation of the outdoor area and parking lot, with new paving, paths, and integrated lighting.
The project aims to restore the hotel’s strong, contemporary, and sustainable identity, combining architectural elegance, quality hospitality, and respect for the natural and urban context in which it is located. It is a project that looks to the future without losing sight of the beauty and authenticity of the place.
